We are now well on the way into the 2010 launch schedule across Europe, responding to an increasing demand for transparency on coaching and mentoring standards of quality.
With the solid evidence based competence frame of both EQA and EIA we are setting the standards for the coaching and mentoring profession. We acknowledge the fact that coaching and mentoring as such are dynamic processes that develop over time. Therefore EMCC stays open to cooperation with other regulatory and professional bodies to share and develop experiences and changes over time. We proactively seek this kind of collaboration and invite others to participate in our projects and task forces.
We offer European quality and Global recognition as reflected and acknowledged by our affiliated and direct membership from all over the world.
