Welcome to the 16th Annual EMCC Coaching and mentoring Conference!
We got an inspiring start with a key note speech by Kim Morgan, a successful coach, chair of a coaching network and coaching trainer who’s running three companies of her own.
‘Regard yourself being the most important toolkit you have ‘ was the theme of her key note speech that inspired the audience of well over 200 people attending the conference. Her presentation of stories, self experienced ups and downs, metaphors and well put questions led to a vivid Q&A session with many participants.
The key note set the tone for the intermission and the sessions following on it and a creative buzz and lots of ideas are currently filling the meeting rooms of the Holiday Inn Schiphol just a few minutes away from Amsterdam Airport.
The new house style of EMCC shown in the banners and throughout the flyers and other conference materials is making a welcome impact on the crowd and are well in par with the quality of what EMCC represents.
Back from 3 days EMCC conference, the 16th in a row and my first, I can certainly say it will not be my last!
It was a wonderful and inspiring mix of speakers and workshops, which I enjoyed tremendously. Furthermore I had a very good time being part of a great team of Dutch colleagues in assistance and support of the oiled Jane and Sarah’s EMCC operational realisation team!
