EIA our all new individual certification launches in the UK . . .

October 29 EMCC UK launched EIA , European Individual Accreditation and the starting point of a series of launches across the 18 EMCC affiliated countries over 2010.

The waiting is over . . . EIA, the most rigorous and thorough individual accreditation standard for coaching and mentoring practitioners. A new dedicated website is now live, offering a ‘one stop shop’ to becoming accredited. (NB.UK applications only!)

EIA has been designed to be a seal of approval of not only academic rigour and relevant experience, but also to provide emphatic evidence that the coach/mentor is fit to practice according to a four-tier Competence Framework:

  • Foundation
  • Practitioner
  • Senior Practitioner
  • Master Practitioner

EIA ensures that practitioners differentiate themselves by providing

  • Rigorous and demanding standards
  • Assurance for users/buyers of coaching/mentoring services of competence and ability
  • Evidence of continuous development
  • Recognition of the application of good practice in coaching/mentoring

Once again EMCC is delivering what the marketplace has been waiting for: An individual accreditation process that recognizes and validates experience, education, development over time and proof of proper application. The first time out it was EQA: European Quality Award, the accreditation that qualifies the standard for coaching and mentoring educational programs. It has rapidly become the most wanted certification for educational programs at universities, institutes and independent training facilities.

Find out more about both accreditation programs at www.emccaccreditation.org, or click the link in the sidebar.

Best wishes from

Petr
